JDM Deli Mart opened its doors in February 1996 under the ownership of founder Helen Owens.

As the sole owner, Helen built the business through hard work, dedication, and love. She cared deeply for her customers and shared her delicious food with thousands of people. Cooking and caring for others were truly her gifts, and the customers she served became her friends. She treated every person who walked through the door as someone special.

After Helen’s passing in 2021, her three children, Joey, Denechia, and Mickey, continued the family business and mission. Today, they own and operate JDM Deli Mart, carrying forward their mother’s welcoming spirit and personal care for every customer.
